1. E-commerce Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings on our e-commerce platform.
  • Analyze website performance and implement strategies to improve conversions.
  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure an optimized user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and e-commerce best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

2. Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer concerns regarding orders, shipping, and products.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience through friendly and efficient communication.
  • Assist with processing orders and returns.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service (preferably in an e-commerce setting).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

3. Marketing Manager
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Oversee social media accounts, content creation, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design and product teams to create visually compelling campaigns.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.

4. Product Photographer/Designer
Job Type: Full-Time/Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Take high-quality product photos for online listings.
  • Edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet Bavii.shop’s standards.
  • Work with the marketing team to create visually appealing content for social media and advertisements.
  • Assist with the design of promotional materials, banners, and digital ads.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product photography and photo editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other editing software.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
